Arthur Less, a writer coping with the loss of the man he loves, undertakes a literary trip around the world. Andrew Sean Greer uses that journey as the framework for his satirical novel Less. Published in 2017, the book won the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction in 2018. A subsequent novel, Less Is Lost, followed in 2022.
