De quoi parle ce livre
The novella is set in an office in Saitama. Nitani starts going out with a colleague, Ashikawa, but comes to feel something close to revulsion at the way she presses good food on him. Ashikawa often goes home early because she feels unwell, and takes to bringing in home-made sweets for the office by way of apology. Nitani crushes the ones he is given and throws them in the bin, and another colleague, Oshio, becomes involved.
