La Ferocia

Clara Salvemini is the daughter of a prominent property developer in Bari. One night she walks down the middle of a main road and is hit by a lorry; her body is later found at the foot of a multi-storey car park, and the official version is that she killed herself. Her father, Vittorio, persuades the lorry driver to say nothing. The only member of the family absent from the funeral is her half-brother Michele, the child of one of Vittorio’s affairs, who was raised with the other children and has been close to Clara since childhood.
